Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 725 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Beaver Branch, Blacklick Creek, Big Branch, Bluestone River, Beaver Creek, Big Creek, Big Clear Creek and Beech Run. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
